| The Liberty quintet was formed in
late 1994
by a very small group of ex-Sun Life Band
soloists. The
original team was: Paul Richards
& Shaun Mundy
(Cornet), Phil Harper (Horn),
Shaun Thomas
(Euphonium), & myself (Eb bass).
Later additions
included Phil Randell (Horn)
who replaced the
other Phil when he shot off to
Japan for a couple
of years.

The
group have performed their light mix of
orchestral arrangements
& brass band scale-downs to many people
across the whole
of the south-west of England.
The friendship of
the players & their humerous approach have
made them popular
where ever they have gone.
